I am voluntarily joining and accept all risks associated with participating in individual or group activities including, but not limited to, injuries, sickness and death, and harm to my child if present at individual or group sessions. I agree not to participate if I have any medical limitations which may increase risk of injury, sickness or death. I understand that all routes are chosen or designed by participants, participants run un-supervised, and that Run U Mother does not take responsibility for any running or walking guidance and/or training. I release seeMOMMYrun and Andrea Vincent from responsibility for injury or death resulting from personal communication between members via the Run U Mother online site. I understand that Run U Mother is in no way responsible for infants or children accompanying me during an individual or group event. In the event of medical emergency I understand that I am fully responsible for my own medical attention, and the medical attention needed by any family member or friend participating in Run U Mother activities with me. I give permission to Run U Mother and TJ Magill to use any photographs, motion pictures or any other record of my participation in this group or related activities for any legitimate purpose without remuneration. I, for myself or anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Run U Mother and TJ Magill from present and future claims and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in this web site, group and related activities and events.
